How can i make a non-slip floor? - non slip yoga mat
We recently launched a spare part in our training room basement. DuPont installed Pergo style floors (it seem difficult, but) in the film. I have 2 problems with this earth. On the one hand, it is difficult! Far below the mattress, but it seems to be hard on the feet, jumps a lot. Secondly, I can not put my yoga mat around the word to all slides, almost the entire room and makes me really scared i bd extend afraid I might fall.
