Non Slip Yoga Mat How Can I Make A Non-slip Floor?

How can i make a non-slip floor? - non slip yoga mat

We recently launched a spare part in our training room basement. DuPont installed Pergo style floors (it seem difficult, but) in the film. I have 2 problems with this earth. On the one hand, it is difficult! Far below the mattress, but it seems to be hard on the feet, jumps a lot. Secondly, I can not put my yoga mat around the word to all slides, almost the entire room and makes me really scared i bd extend afraid I might fall. I bought a few pills intelocking empty word-spent $ 100 for a large space and support for these two problems, but I slipped on the floor a little. How can I avoid this? Pergo I thought was a good choice for a classroom.

You can see two holes in the corners of the drilling and yoga mats used suction cups to hold in the ground so they do not damage the floor. I would like to invest in the tile interlocking foam with a soft landing of their practices. We have these special tables of high density foam in our gymnastics academy.
